Acquisition or Refinance
Location: Coast to Coast (some rural areas may not be covered)
Terms: Can be 5,7 or 10 years with amortization of 20 - 30 years depending
on the real estate type.
Rates: Rates will vary. Generally from a 1 to 2 over the Prime Rate.

Max LTV: 50%-75% Investor; 80%-90% owner occupied
Due Diligence: A deposit of about $1,500 - $6,000 is due at the time of loan submission
and is a credit against the third party costs of underwriting.
Addtl. Expense: Appraisal, inspection, site visit, legal, broker fee, etc. We will
thoroughly review all costs and out of pocket expenses after initial review.
Business Loans
All types
Location: Coast to Coast (appropriate demographics required)
Terms: Generally 10 years without real estate, 25 years with. A weighted
average may be used depending on loan type and structure.

Down Payment: 10% to 30% required depending on loan scenario and SBA rating.
Due Diligence: A deposit of about $1,500 - $5,000 is due at the time of loan
submission and is a credit against the third party costs of underwriting.
