History
Capital Lending Solutions, Inc. was founded by Erik Skaalerud and Wendy Skaalerud in spring of 2004. Troubled by what they were seeing in the marketplace: exorbitant broker fee's, unfounded hidden charges, layers of bureaucracy and lack of communication, Erik and Wendy felt it was time to bring a new type of broker firm to the forefront. The company is based on honesty and integrity, transparency of the process and fees and a commitment to ongoing and open communication.
Each founder brings extensive experience in the real estate, business and mortgage industry, including but not limited to project management, development, restaurant ownership, real estate broker, appraiser and finance background. In addition, each are equally committed to raising the bar on the level of customer service and satisfaction in this particular industry. Every call and every client is given the respect, time and direct focus of energy that it deserves throughout the process.
